E-Learning
Facts
Process Steps
A joint kick-off meeting is the first step in the process and marks the official start of creating an e-training. In this crucial step, all necessary requirements, needs, and objectives are clarified and defined.
Development of a didactic and methodological concept for the e-learning. The concept creation phase establishes the foundation for a structured, effective, and engaging learning experience. This concept serves as a guide for all subsequent steps in the e-learning implementation process.
Development, refinement, and preparation of the final learning content in text and images. Storyboarding is similar to writing a script for a film. The goal of the scripting phase is to create a clear and comprehensive blueprint for the development of the e-learning. It ensures that all stakeholders have a precise understanding of how the final product should look and what content needs to be conveyed.
The technical realisation of an e-learning course is based on the approved script. It includes the final graphic design and programming using the software discussed in the kick-off meeting (e.g., Storyline). This step concludes with the delivery of a functional beta version.
After the final approval of the beta version, the final master version is completed, and any required foreign language versions (localizations) are created.
Assessment of the e-learning course's effectiveness and continuous improvement.
